Shipping Charges

Order Turn Around Time
Each business day at 8am (mountain time) we generate the day's pick lists and production schedules from the orders in the queue at that time. Everything that's in stock will ship that day...
Rush Orders
We no longer feature a Rush Service option because we've upgraded our standard order turnaround time to the speed that used to be Rush and that's now the default for all orders at no charge. See Order Turn Around Time for details.
Checking Order Status
If you'd like to print a copy of your invoice (printer friendly with a white background) for a current or past order, check your current order's status or track your package once it's on the way...
Tracking Packages
Once your order is on the way, you can track your package's progress by clicking the link provided in your emailed ship notice or by clicking Manage Account at the top right of any page on the site.
Our Return Policy
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can determine the item's condition, issue the appropriate return authorization and provide our return address and your return authorization number for marking the package.
